Barak: The world looks pretty scary these days. I'm constantly turning, turning, to the understanding in my Jewish Chasidic tradition of "gam zu l'tovah- this too is for the good", and in my adopted Chinese Qigong tradition of "Haola- All is well, So be it." And I find this philosophy rings more true for me, if I take some action! I'm blessed to share this philosophy and my life with my beloved partner Joe.
